How to create a User’s Mode account

To create a Mode account for your Staff, Colleagues and/or Contacts, follow these simple steps:

  • Go to the Users section in the side menu, you will be brought to the Users table.
  • Click on the Add User button. This will open the Add User form and inform you of your available licenses.
  • You can now input a Name for your user if you desire. This would help identify them in your Users table later. You can also add an Email for the user if you wish to send them their Activation code via email.
  • If you want to create more than one User at the same time you can hit the + Add User option. You can also use the Import CSV file for big teams.
  • Once you are satisfied with your entry(s) you can either hit Save or alternatively you can hit the drop-up arrow and select Save and Send Invites for the users that have an associated email address. (for users without an associated email address you will need to provide them their activation code another way)
