How to create a new Admin login

An enterprise might require multiple Admins to manage their fleet of Mode accounts and Staff. Here is how to create an new Admin login. (Before you start, if your new admin needs specific permissions within the Mode Portal you will first need to Create a New Role for his login)

  • Select Admins in the side menu.
  • Hit the Create New Admin button.
  • Fill out the Admin Information form and leave the Send email verification toggle ON to send your new Admin an email with a link to create his credentials
    • Alternatively, if you set the Send email verification toggle to OFF, you will need to manually create your Admin's username and Password information and provide it to them.
  • Press the Next button. You will be brought to the Role Assignment page.
  • Select a Role for your new Admin. (note that you can only have a maximum of 2 Super Admins).
