How to Create a Chat

To start a new message with a contact, use the following steps:

DESKTOP
  1. Tap on the pen icon at the top to create a new message.
  2. Select the contact you wish to start a new message with.
OR
  1. Alternatively, you can go to your Contacts on the menu on the left.
  2. Search and click on the contact you wish to start a message with.
  3. Select the ‘Message’ button under their contact profile that pops up on the right.
