Turning Badge Counter On/Off

You can turn your badge counter on and off by:

On Desktop

  1. Click on your avatar icon.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Go to Notifications.
  4. Under Message Notifications, toggle ON/OFF for Show Badge Counter on the Mode App Icon.

On Android & iOS

  1. Tap the Settings button in the bottom right corner.
  2. Select Settings, then go to Notifications.
  3. Under Alerts, toggle ON/OFF for App Icon Badge.
