How to Activate my Mode Software

Mode is activated with a unique activation code sent from the Mode Portal. An organization’s Mode administrator will provision and distribute activation codes to end users in an organization. An email will be sent from the Mode Portal to end users and provide instructions and an activation code for Mode.

  1. On the device (Desktop, Android, or iOS) where you intend to install Mode, please download the appropriate operating system for the correct Mode software version using the provided link.
  2. Install and run the application.
  3. Select Get Started to start registering your account.
  4. On the Activate your Account page, enter the activation code provided in the email sent from your Mode Administrator.
  5. Follow the steps to set-up your password and personalizing your account including your full name and/or display name (optional) and customizing your avatar.

*Android and iOS devices have the option to scan the QR code provided by your Mode Administrator to activate your account.
