How to Report an Issue

On Desktop

If you experience an issue with your Mode app, you can easily escalate it to our support team. Here's how to do it on your Desktop:

  1. Locate and click on the avatar icon in the app.
  2. From the dropdown menu, choose the Help option.

  1. Submit a Support Ticket:
    • Next, click on Report Issue.
    • Fill in the details of your issue or the type of support you need.
    • Once you've entered all the necessary information, click Submit to send your support ticket.

Our team will review your submission and assist you promptly.


On Android & iOS

If you encounter an issue with your Mode app on Android or iOS, follow these steps to report it:

  1. Go to the Settings section of your app.
  2. Tap on Support and then select Report Issue.

You can then provide the details of your issue and submit the report to our support team.
